6th Class pupils had a fantastic time learning about Engineering and Science in Rua Red during Engineer’s Week 2017.  There are definitely some Engineers of the future in St. Anne’s NS Fettercairn!

St. Anne’s will open for the new school year on the 1st September 2016 at 8.50. We would like to welcome everyone back are looking  forward to another great year in St. Anne’s.

Ms Duggan’s 4th class spent a couple of days learning about the life and legacy of famous rock star, David Bowie. We used our Ipads for research and created factfiles about him. We also listened to a range of his music and learned  Let’s Dance, which we performed at assembly. We are looking forward to watching his film, Labyrinth, during golden time over the next couple of weeks.

We have had a fantastic run up to the holidays in Ms Duggan’s 4th class. Everyone worked extremely hard in their Christmas exams and created lots of lovely art. We also really enjoyed performing in our Christmas concerts. Have a lovely and safe Christmas everyone and see you all in the new year!
